About This Talk

This case study explores how Rust enables a single project to power embedded devices, high-performance client-side web simulators for training, and scientific workflows in Python. By harnessing Rust’s flexibility, efficiency and pure magic, a single developer can build tools that can try to redefine how decompression theory is taught to divers - and give smarter people than him the means to push diving science even further, all while having a ton of fun coding it.
